B.S. in Culinary Arts Candidate, Graduating July 2019
Carli Caroselli’s love of food started at a very young age. As a child, she followed her grandmother around while she prepared Sunday dinners. Carli’s Italian background is extremely important to her, and she owns and uses a pair of pasta rods that her great-grandmother owned. She enjoys creating dishes that reflect her Italian heritage, and she’ll use any excuse to break out her pasta machine. Carli is an active member of the Healthy Cooking & Baking Club, and she helps to prepare and execute demonstrations for high school tours. She currently works at Lincoln Financial Field in the Tunnel Club, and she loves working for the Super Bowl LII champions. Carli graduated with her Associate Degree in Culinary Arts in February 2018, and she is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree. After college, Carli plans to travel to Europe to experience anything and everything the continent has to offer.
