    When are the Commencement Ceremonies?

    • Our Commencement Ceremonies will be held on Monday, July 18th

    Where are the Commencement Ceremonies being held?

    • Commencement Ceremonies will be held at The Fillmore Philadelphia located at 29 East Allen Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123 (thefillmorephilly.com).

    What time should I arrive?

    • All students and staff should arrive promptly at 4:00 PM.
    • Invited family and friends should arrive at 5:00 PM and present their tickets at the entrance to the event hall.

    How many family members can come to the ceremony?

    • Students are permitted up to 4 guests.
    • Tickets will be presented at Soiree.

    Can I get more tickets?

    • Should more tickets become available we will inform graduates through your July 2022 Graduation Schoology page.

    Where should I plan to park?

    • Limited free, unattended public parking available at The Fillmore at 29 East Allen Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.

    How do I get me Cap and Gown?

    • Students will be given their Caps and Gowns at our Soiree event scheduled for Thursday, June 30th, 2022 in the Atrium in the Mansion. The open house style event begins at 2:00 PM and ends at 3:30 PM. Graduation Announcements will be made at 3:00 PM. Refreshments will be served.
    • All graduates must complete this short survey to provide details about their Cap and Gown sizing. Students who cannot attend our Soiree event can let us know how they want to receive their Cap and Gown by completing the same survey.

    What can I wear under my gown?

    • Students should be considerate of all graduates, families and staff by wearing professional casual attire under their gowns on graduation day.
