Every Restaurant Management and Hotel Management associate student participates in a week-long tour of Walt Disney World and Central Florida as well as a cruise to the Bahamas.

This invaluable four-credit course allows our Management students to gain insight into the cruise industry, the Disney philosophy, and the luxury of the islands. While on their trip, students receive an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Disney’s hospitality suites and learn what exceptional customer service truly entails. Other unique stops in Florida include Saratoga Springs, Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood at Universal CityWalk, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards, and Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge.

On their way to the Bahamas, students enjoy an amazing getaway on Carnival Cruise Lines that takes them to the breathtaking Atlantis Paradise Island Resort. Exclusive tours of the resort’s facilities give the students incredible insight into luxury hospitality and make the trip a valuable learning experience.
