Alumna, A.S./B.S. in Pastry Arts
Stephanie is the proud recipient of a dual A.S./B.S. in Pastry Arts and received the latter degree in July 2016. She attended Gloucester County Institute of Technology, where she earned her high school diploma as well as a NOCTI certification in Baking and Pastry Arts. Utilizing the knowledge and experience obtained throughout her education, Stephanie plans to become executive pastry chef at a well-renowned restaurant in Philadelphia.
