Joshua began his career at Walnut Hill College as a Student Success Advisor in 2011 and eventually became a full-time instructor in November 2013. He teaches all Psychology courses offered at Walnut Hill College, along with First-Year Freshman Seminar, Current Issues in Society, Analysis of Film, Literature & Art, Public Presentations, and Communication & Interpersonal Relationships.
Joshua obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in May 2006 from the University at Albany in New York and a Master’s degree in Psychology in April 2009 from the University of Phoenix. He completed his Doctorate of Education with a specialization in College Teaching and Learning at Walden University in October 2016.
Joshua is currently the Dean of College Teaching and Learning and also directs the Student Leadership Development Institute with Professor Akita Brooks.
