Alumnus, A.S./B.S. in Restaurant Management
What started as Greg’s teenage summer job turned into an endless passion for hospitality. He received his A.S. in Liberal Arts at Suffolk County Community College and then moved from New York to Philadelphia in order to explore his interest in the industry at Walnut Hill College. Having extensive experience working throughout multiple popular restaurants in NY and PA over the past decade, Greg found work within the fine dining realm as a server at Morimoto in historic Center City. Greg received his A.S. in Restaurant Management in February 2016 and was awarded the Spirit of the Industry Award by the faculty. He received his bachelor’s degree in the same major in July 2017.
