Alumna, A.S./B.S. in Pastry Arts
Emily began her Pastry Arts education at Salem County Vocational Technical School, where she learned the fundamentals of baking. While a student at SCVTS, she won first place in Walnut Hill College’s annual high school Chocolate Competition. She eventually went on to earn her A.S. in Pastry Arts in July 2015 and completed her bachelor’s degree in March 2017. Her passion for pastry arts stems from spending much of her childhood in the kitchen with her grandmother cooking for her family. Emily hopes to continue to hone her skills by working alongside other industry professionals and, one day, to open a bakery of her own.
