    Alumnus, A.S./B.S. in Restaurant Management

    Steven graduated with an A.S. in Restaurant Management in February 2015 and a bachelor’s degree in the same major in July 2016. His passion for the hospitality industry stems back to his high school years as a Culinary Arts major at Burlington County Institute of Technology in Medford, New Jersey. There his chef instructors bestowed upon him the strength and desire to become a Hospitality Management major. Living up to the high standards set before him, Steven became valedictorian of his bachelor class and earned the illustrious title of Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) in the same year.
