The Resource Center, located on the third floor of Allison Mansion, supports the academic and specialized curriculum of The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College. The Center provides students, faculty and staff with access to the print and electronic resources necessary to further develop their skills and expand their knowledge.
Pertinent, up-to-date resources are available in a variety of formats:
- a growing collection of culinary arts, pastry arts, restaurant and hotel management, business, and general educational materials
- over 100 culinary, pastry, hospitality, business and general interest magazines
- cooking, wine, travel and educational videos
- full-text electronic databases
